On a Saturday night in January, without any reservations, we landed the last available table in this outdoor Argentine spot, surrounded by walls but open to the sky, a setup perfect for Cabo's dry climate.
The first thing you notice is the enticing aroma of meat grilling as soon as you approach the block the restaurant is on, setting the tone for a promising meal.
